Puffin has a front page

• The front page at puffincalendar.com shows how Puffin plans a week, in a story you scroll through.
• The privacy notice, the consumer health data policy, and the terms of service each have a page of their own.
• The support page says where to write with a question.
• The brand page offers Puffin’s logo files to anyone writing about Puffin.

Work that doesn’t fit tells you why

• When Puffin can’t fit a piece of work, it says why in plain words and offers up to three fixes.
• “Why here?” on a block Puffin placed gives the reason it’s there.
• A fix you can undo applies by itself, with a one-line note and Undo.
• Each suggestion shows a small picture of its days, with the block where it is and where Puffin would move it.

The calendar opens with your plan in place

• Each day in the month shows how full it is, in the colors of its parts of life.
• Deadlines come first in each day of the month.
• On a phone, the week shows three whole days at a time.
• Time away, such as a trip, shows on the calendar with its own icon.

Profile shows what Puffin has learned

• Profile shows what Puffin has learned about how you work, and how sure it is.
• Open anything Puffin learned to see what it’s based on, or choose “Set this myself”.
• Profile puts what you told Puffin beside what your weeks show, for your sleep times and your daily rhythm.
• In Memory, under Profile, you can confirm what Puffin noticed or answer “Not this”.

Every piece of work has a page of its own

• Every task, to-do, event, routine, proposal, and suggestion opens on a page of its own.
• Puffin opens on Home, with your day and the decisions waiting for you.
• You can bring in a calendar by uploading a calendar file (.ics).
• Times and dates follow your clock, your week start, and your date format.

A new calendar, and Student for your term

• The calendar has a new look in glass, with Month, Week, Day, and Agenda views.
• Turn on Student, and Puffin plans your term from your syllabi.
• Your study plan joins your week once you approve it.
• Each course has its own plan and a tutor you can ask.
